Shea's outfit is a 2 piece ensemble including a sleeveless dropped waist dress with 2 tiers of ruffles; one floral print and one striped. she has a strawberry red wool felt jacket trimmed in gray and embelished with felt flowers and tiny beads. Half frog closures and black buttons close the jacket over a lovely, long white shirt with a square neck and specialty cotton embroidered skirt and sleeve embelleshments. The print cotton pants are banded in fabric matching the jacket, and she sports hand painted hi top tennis shoes over white sockes for balance. Piper's blue green eyes and dusting of freckles are complemented by her red hair which she wears in braided rolls at each side of her crown, decorated with richly colored hair pins. | |
